The structure (foundation, walls, roof and windows), the electrical system and any safety hazards or faulty wiring, the plumbing for leaks, pipe issues and water pressure, the heating, ventilation and air conditioning, and the insulation, ventilation and overall condition of the home.
Upfront payment is required 2 hours before the arrival time of the initial inspection.
